Natasha has always had a keen interest in the intricate workings of the human body. A self proclaimed biology dork her curiosity lead her to the University of Victoria where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology. Compelled to learn more she continued her education at Utopia Academy (now the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy).
Natasha is driven by a strong desire to help her clients achieve optimal health and function as quickly and efficiently as possible. She believes that this goal is best achieved with thorough examination, effective treatment planning, targeted treatments, continual reassessment. and appropriate remedial exercise. Natasha focuses on treating the underlying structural causes of disfunction as oppose to solely treating the symptoms. She utilizes a variety of techniques including, active myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular techniques.
